Facilitation Deck (40-slide PowerPoint)
Session dividers, three to five slides per session, and a "before next time" slide for each. Speaker notes carry the timings and facilitator prompts from the Guide. The chart slides use example data you can replace with the family's own scores.

Scorecard Tracker (Excel workbook)
Track up to 30 families across all five pillars at baseline, Session 6 and 90 days. Pillar totals, overall totals and the change calculations update automatically. Only responses with all 30 statements answered count in the averages.
